Returns within 14 days, unused

Your right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU and the UK)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days start on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the goods (for several goods delivered separately: the last one).

To withdraw, tell us clearly, for example by email or letter, before the 14 days end:

What happens then

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used.

We may wait with the refund until we have the goods back or you show us that you sent them.

Please send the goods back to us within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of returning them.

You only pay for a loss in value caused by handling the goods more than needed to check them.

Legal guarantee

Every product is covered by the legal guarantee: if it is faulty or not as described, you have the right to a repair, a replacement or your money back.
